Science fiction is simply a way to practice the future together. I suspect that is what many of you are up to, practicing futures together, practicing justice together, living into new stories. It is our right and responsibility to create a new world.

WHAT IS MAGICAL LEADERSHIP ?
Magical Leadership is a path of systemic leadership that harnesses the power of body-intelligence. In practical terms it results from a leader refining their capacity to be, notice, allow, imagine, and co-create. It is magical in its subtlety, its power, and its acknowledgement of the relational field between things.
Who we are
We are optimists. Despite the multi-crises facing our world we see real potential in the humano-ecological system. Every human is blessed with a unique heart-body-mind that is capable of tapping into systemic intelligence and navigating our interdependent world - we only have to listen.
We are champions of the shift from system thinking to system sensing: an embodied systemic lens that honours human spirit and nature, and invites leaders to reconnect with the earth through their bodies.
We have over 28 years combined experience in development, consulting, impact tech, leadership, and facilitation. Thriving in international organisations and complex systems we have honed our expertise in systems thinking, systems awareness, and team dynamics.
Trained in engineering, social sciences and somatic practices (yoga, authentic movements, contact improvisation), we have built an expansive playground at the intersection of somatics, leadership, and deep ecology. We warmly invite you to come play in this liminal space with us, and expand our collective leadership horizon.
